I’ve been slightly obsessed with smoothie bowls ever since returning from our trip. After reading an article on smoothie bowls in Veggie Journal, a magazine I regularly enjoy, I was inspired to try out their recipes. I am a big fan of smoothies, but I often need something more substantial for breakfast because I am always really hungry, especially in the morning. You can get really creative as well! I hope you enjoy the recipe!
Berry Good Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of berries (fresh or frozen)
- 4-6 tbsp of grain flakes (I used equal amounts of einkorn, kamut and emmer, all ancient grains)
- 1 pinch of camu camu
- 3/4 cup (180ml) plant milk (I used soy milk)
- TOPPINGS
- Granola
- 1 kiwi
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except the toppings in a blender
- Transfer to a bowl
- Decorate with granola and kiwi, or whatever you have on hand
